Since our services have been so well received, we have poured much of our time, money and R&D into creating the best tuning packages on the market to help our customers go even further than before. We have created specific packages for every type of rider. Option 1

2015 S1000RR V1 BrenTuning Stage 1 / Stage 2 Flashes

The BrenTuning V1 Flash is our most popular option. The V1 Flash is good for 10WHP-20WHP depending on fuel and modifications. This will include removal of limiters along with modifying fueling, ignition and adjusting dynamic maps for optimal performance.

Mapping is available for all fuels, exhausts and filters on the market. This service will be available for OBD2 applications in the near future via our worldwide dealer network. We are working on OBD2 flashing with our beta testers and have received lots of positive feedback.

Modifications are made to:

Fueling – Air mass, idle, part/full throttle and Lambda correction maps
Ignition – Base, limiter, optimum ignition, optimum angle, correction maps
Throttle – Remove 80% WOT limiter, perfect throttle twist adjustment for all desired load angles for maximum response control and power under the curve, rev/speed limit
Torque – Adjust torque model to align with new power of bike/limiter removal
Quickshifter – Shorter up and downshift dead times for maximum driveability and acceleration
Bike Adaptation – Ignition/fuel calculation for maximum performance and response for upgraded fuel qualities.

Quantitative differences:

– Drastically improved throttle / engine response at all throttle angles with a great highway cruise range.

– Drastically decreased delay times in short shifter response on both up and downshift.

– Removed bottom end dead spot in low RPM range.

– Heavy increase in top end power via limiter removal. Especially noticeable between gears.

– Improved launch control for consistent and useful launches.

– Increased power 10% over entire power curve on premium pump fuel.

– 200MPH capable with improved gearing. 195MPH on stock gearing.

– 161+MPH trap speeds seen during customer testing at drag strip.

– 70-180MPH in 8.1 seconds on stock gearing.

– Compatible with our DIY Fueling (add Bazazz / PC5 with our tuning notes). Our DIY Fueling thread: BrenTuning | 2010-2015 S1000RR Do-it-yourself fueling solutions.

– Race gas additive timing table on the fly (bike will sense higher octane fuel and adjust accordingly to produce more power).

– Smoother powerband and increased cruise range fuel economy.

– Best bang for your buck upgrade.

– Diagnostic invisibility.

Option 2

2015 S1000RR V2 Elite series HPRace+ tuning (designed to be used with high quality race fuel, to take advantage of power gains)

The HPRace+ mapping includes everything from our V1 Flash along with the HP unlock ECU patch included. This unlock opens up 25 additional (unaccessible) maps in the ECU (including transmission) that the V1 Flash can’t access. These maps were activated specifically for the HP coding ECU only, and when unlocked, allow totally new map modifications with dedication to power, handling, braking, launch, DDC and more. This modification requires the ECU to be sent in and bench flashed at BrenTuning (even when OBD2 flashing is an option. Also, same day turn around in most cases). Only advertised through word of mouth so far, the amount of these flashes we have sold has been impressive. This has been an extremely popular option due to the crazy power it makes and how drastically it transforms the bike.

By enabling the HPRace+ ECU coding alone (no tuning) we only saw small gains of 3WHP in our testing. While raw gains are small, the additional available maps allow us to modify and make significant adjustments to get an extra 10-15WHP+ on MR12 race fuel over the standard V1 stage 1/2 flashes.

Quantitative differences over V1:

– Rip-your-face-off power with MR12 in the tank. Power wise it is similar to head/cam 2010-2014 BMW S1000RR bike on race gas.

– Twice the power of V1 on Race fuel.

– Transmission modification allows for drag bike style launching on stock or modified wheelbase.

– Power power and more power +10-15WHP over V1.

– 4 mode tuning – rain, sport, race, slick

– HP enable coding map releases

– Map control of DDC, ABS, DTC, Knock control system

Option 3

2015 S1000RR HPRace that is compatible with the factory Calibration Kit (RCK) — Incorporates Elite Series HPRace + Custom end user tuning capabilities via your own laptop

This is our V1 + Elite Series mapping coupled with an ECU patch that gives you the ability to make your own adjustments via BMW’s RCK3 (Cable / software which is sold separately). This option opens up 25 additional maps which are dedicated to power, handling, braking, launch control, DDC and more. It will come with our own pre-programmed adjustments which you can fine tune on your end to custom fit it to your riding style. This option is for the diehard racer who is looking to get every bit out of their bike. Calibrating the RCK3 should be done only by an expert race developer with knowledge of how everything works.
